Where We Ship

Effecto Airguns delivers to customers around the world, with the exception of Russia and China.

Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days (pre-orders excluded). As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll send you the tracking details. Please note that during busy seasons, delivery may take a little longer than normal.

Air rifle orders: Every rifle is individually checked and tested by our team before it ships. Because of this, please allow 1–5 business days for rifle orders to be dispatched.

Your Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct, including your street number and a valid phone number. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement for parcels that are lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Spotted a mistake after checking out? Let us know right away through our contact form. Please don't reach out to the courier yourself — we'll arrange any address changes on your behalf. We'll always do our best to help, but we can't guarantee that every correction will be made in time.

Changes made directly with the courier can disrupt delivery. If a parcel goes missing as a result of changes we didn't coordinate, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

Regional Requirements

Turkey

Deliveries to Turkey involve additional steps. Before ordering, please get in touch via our contact form so we can confirm whether shipping is possible and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Countries with Special Regulations

In some countries, local laws may require modifications to certain products, such as airguns. If you are located in one of the countries below, please contact us through our contact form before placing an order so we can make sure it complies with local rules:

Orders placed without checking with us first may face customs problems or delays.

Local Laws and Your Responsibility

Customers are responsible for making sure that buying and owning our products is legal where they live. Effecto Airguns accepts no liability for misuse of products or for legal restrictions in your country or region.

Deliveries to the EU, UK and USA

If your parcel has been in transit for more than 60 days, you can request a refund using our contact form. To allow time for a full investigation with the carrier, refunds are issued 90 days after the shipping date.

Deliveries to All Other Countries

For destinations outside the EU, UK and USA, the buyer takes on responsibility for the shipment once it has left Spain. This covers customs charges, delays in transit and any delivery problems in the destination country.

Import duties and taxes: Any duties, taxes or fees charged on import are paid by the buyer.

Once a parcel has been dispatched from Spain, Effecto Airguns cannot be held responsible for transit or customs issues, and we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments in these situations.
